Blackburn 20|20 is an exhibition space operated by Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop (RBPMW). RBPMW is a program of The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, a 501 (c)(3) public charity and is supported in part by public funds from New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council and New York State Council on the Arts.
